INVENTORY POLICY
Catalog Availability & Stock Allocation Guidelines
This Inventory Policy defines catalog parameters, stock synchronization, system limits, and out-of-stock items on the Souk Society storefront. Our warehouse facility handles thousands of items out of our central location in Dallas, Texas, to bring you high catalog precision.
1. Live Stock Synchronization
All items visible on our digital storefront feature real-time inventory synchronization. If an item is active and available for purchase on your screen, it means the item is physically present at our central location at 7222 Fair Oaks Ave, Dallas, Texas. Please note: Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve or lock that inventory. Items remain available for purchase by other guests until your checkout transaction is finalized and confirmed.
2. System Inventory Flukes
In rare instances where simultaneous checkouts occur for the last remaining unit of an item, a temporary lag may cause an item to go out of stock post-checkout. If this happens with your order, Souk Society will notify you via email within 24 hours. We will provide you with three immediate choices:

Ship an alternative color, size, or style of equal value.

Hold the order as a priority backorder until our next warehouse replenishment cycle arrives.

Issue an immediate full refund for the unavailable item.
3. Limited Collections & Restock Alerts
Select items across our store are curated in small, limited-run batches. Souk Society cannot guarantee permanent re-manufacturing windows for limited collections once warehouse quantities reach zero. To stay updated on restocks, you can sign up for automated inventory alerts on individual out-of-stock product pages.
