4. TRACKING & ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as your package is labeled and leaves our fulfillment dock in Dallas, Texas, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and an active courier tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's network.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Except where a prepaid shipping option (like our integrated DHL Express DDP checkout) is selected, Souk Society is not responsible for customs duties, import tariffs, or structural local border taxes applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMERS

Please note: Once a parcel has been scanned and discharged from our fulfillment center, we cannot structurally modify, intercept, or reroute the shipment.
