Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Souk Society. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: We currently do not have any final sale items. All items purchased on our store are eligible for returns as long as they meet the condition guidelines above.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

We want to make the return process as seamless as possible for you:

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free. Souk Society will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees charged for returning an item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at Contact@SoukSociety.Store with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at Contact@SoukSociety.Store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times).
